GETTING AROUND

You must be a current member and have purchased or renewed your membership by 11:59 PM on Friday, November 7, 2025. Your membership is not included with your registration fee. If you are not a member, you may attend by purchasing an Observer ticket, but you will not be able to participate in debates or vote.

Provincial Board Members serve two-year terms, with half elected each year. This year, there will be an election for the following positions: President, Secretary, VP Communications, VP Fundraising, and one Director from each region (Edmonton, North, South, Calgary, Central).

To make the AGM more affordable, we have made the Saturday lunch optional. If you choose the meal option, lunch will be provided. Otherwise, you’ll need to arrange your own lunch. There are concession stands on site at Edmonton Expo Centre where you can purchase food.

Yes, free parking is available at the Edmonton Expo Centre but you must register your licence plate to access it. You can do that today by clicking here.
