Registration for AGM is required. You will be required to be a resident of Lac Ste Anne – Parkland Constituency to vote. You may attend the Dinner and the meeting without being a resident of the Lac Ste Anne – Parkland Constituency.
To vote at the AGM, you will be required to present your Drivers License with a current address showing that you live within the Constituency. This Annual General Meeting will elect the Board for the Constituency Association, including a President, Secretary, CFO, and up to 27 additional directors. If you wish to let your name stand for a position on the Board, please e-mail MargoKaufmann@outlook.com by November 3, 2025.
Based on governance rules approved by our membership, neither immediate family members of a sitting MLA or selected candidate, nor individuals registered as an active lobbyist with the
Alberta Ethics Commissioner, are eligible to be directors on a constituency association board of directors. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact 1-888-465-2660 or info@unitedconservative.ca for more information.
You must be an active member of Lac Ste Anne-Parkland constituency at least 21 days in advance of the meeting date to vote. The cut-off to purchase or renew your membership in order to vote is October 18, 2025.
Please bring a government-issued photo ID and a document that proves your residency in the constituency, such as a drive’s license with your current address.
