NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the United Conservative Association has resolved to hold an Annual General Meeting of the members (the “AGM”) at the Edmonton Expo Centre, 7515 118 Ave NW, Edmonton.
The AGM will commence on Friday, November 28, 2025, starting at 4:00 p.m. mountain time, with business continuing through Saturday, November 29, 2025. Optional training sessions will take place on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
The purpose of the AGM will be to address the following business:
1. Elections for positions on the Board of Directors as required by the Bylaws;
2. Presentation of the most recently published audited annual financial statements of the United Conservative Association;
3. Consideration of proposals found here to rescind, alter or add to the Bylaws and constitutional documents (including the Policy Declaration) of the Association;
The AGM schedule is now posted at www.ucpagm.ca. The resolutions to be considered, special rules of order, and rules and procedures for electing the Board of Directors will be posted on the AGM website as they are finalized and approved.
In order to have the right to vote at the AGM, a member must have a valid membership as of 11:59 p.m. mountain time on Friday, November 7, 2025.
