The Cypress-Medicine Hat UCP Constituency Association will hold its AGM on:
Date: January 22, 2026
Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Hockey Hounds Social Room – 39 10 St NE, Medicine Hat, AB T1A 5Y5
At this AGM, the membership will elect a new Board of Directors for the Constituency Association, including:
• President
• Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Secretary
• 27 Board Members at Large
All current members of the CMH UCP CA are encouraged to put their names forward for positions on the board. Current holders of executive and board positions are eligible to let their names stand for re-election.
To Express Interest: Members interested in running for any board position (executive or member at large) should email their intent to: ucpcmhca@gmail.com
Based on governance rules approved by our membership, neither immediate family members of a sitting MLA or selected candidate, nor individuals registered as an active lobbyist with the Alberta Ethics Commissioner, are eligible to be directors on a constituency association board of directors. To vote at the meeting, you must be an active member of the UCP for a minimum of 21 days (on or before January 1, 2026). You can purchase or renew your membership here.
Please make sure your membership is valid so that you are able to vote at the meeting. Bring government-issued photo ID along with a document that proves your residency in the constituency, such as a driver’s license with your current address.
Following the meeting there will be a meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors. We hope to see you there.
