Where: The Derrick Golf and Winter Club, Banff Room (3500 119 Street North West, Edmonton)
This Annual General Meeting will elect the Board for the Constituency Association, including a President, Secretary, CFO, and up to 27 additional directors. If you wish to let your name stand for a position on the Board, please e-mail edmonton-whitemud@unitedconservative.ca.
Based on governance rules approved by our membership, neither immediate family members of a sitting MLA or selected candidate, nor individuals registered as an active lobbyist with the Alberta Ethics Commissioner, are eligible to be directors on a constituency association board of directors. You must be an active UCP member of the Edmonton-Whitemud constituency at least 21 days prior to the meeting in order to vote. Cut-off to purchase or renew your membership in order to vote is December 25, 2024
Please bring a government-issued photo ID and a document that proves your residency in the constituency, such as a driver’s license with your current address.
Following the AGM there will be a meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors.
