Matt Jones is the MLA for Calgary-South East. He currently serves as Minister of Hospital and Surgical Health Services. He previously served as the Minister of Jobs, Economy and Trade, the Minister of Affordability and Utilities and the Minister of Children’s Services.
Prior to his service as an elected official, Minister Jones worked as an investment banker helping Alberta based businesses with capital raises, acquisitions and divestitures. He is a CFA Charter holder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business.
