You must be a current member and have purchased or renewed your membership by 11:59 PM on Friday, November 6, 2026 to vote at the AGM. Your membership is not included with your registration fee.
Provincial Board Members serve two-year terms, with half elected each year. This year, there will be an election for the following positions: Chief Financial Officer, VP Policy & Governance, VP Membership, and one Director from each region (Edmonton, North, South, Calgary, Central).
To make the AGM more affordable, the Saturday lunch is optional. If you choose the meal option, a delicious seated lunch will be provided. Otherwise, you’ll need to arrange your own lunch. Youth tickets include lunch.

No. The AGM operates on a cost-recovery basis only. No portion of your ticket is considered a donation.
