You are required to be a resident of Lac Ste Anne–Parkland Constituency to vote. You may attend the meeting without being a resident of the Lac Ste Anne–Parkland Constituency.
To vote at the AGM, you will be required to present your Drivers License with a current address showing that you live within the Constituency. This Annual General Meeting will elect the Board for the Constituency Association, including a President, Secretary, CFO, and up to 27 additional directors. If you wish to let your name stand for a position on the Board, please e-mail MargoKaufmann@outlook.com by November 3, 2025.
Based on governance rules approved by our membership, neither immediate family members of a sitting MLA or selected candidate, nor individuals registered as an active lobbyist with the Alberta Ethics Commissioner, are eligible to be directors on a constituency association board of directors. You must be an active member of Lac Ste Anne-Parkland constituency at least 21 days in advance of the meeting date to vote. Cut off to purchase or renew your membership in order to vote is October 14, 2025.
Please bring a government-issued photo ID and a document that proves your residency in the constituency, such as a drive’s license with your current address.
