NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the United Conservative Association has resolved to hold an Annual General Meeting of the members (the “AGM”) at BMO Centre, 1912 Flores Ladue Parade SE, Calgary.
The AGM will commence on Friday, November 27, 2026, starting at 5:00 p.m. Alberta Time, with business continuing through Saturday, November 28, 2026. Optional campaign training sessions will take place on Sunday, November 29, 2026 after the AGM is adjourned.
The purpose of the AGM will be to address the following business:
- Elections for positions on the Board of Directors as required by the Bylaws;
- Presentation of the most recently published audited annual financial statements of the United Conservative Association;
- Consideration of proposals to rescind, alter or add to the Bylaws and constitutional documents (including the Policy Declaration) of the Association;
The AGM schedule will be posted at ucpagm.ca. The resolutions to be considered, special rules of order, and rules and procedures for electing the Board of Directors will be posted at ucpagm.ca as they are finalized and approved.
In order to have the right to vote at the AGM, a member must have a valid membership as of 11:59 p.m. Alberta Time on Friday, November 6, 2026.
