Created the Premier’s Council on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls, at the recommendation of the Alberta Joint Working Group on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.
Launched the Alberta Indigenous Opportunities Corporation, dedicated to providing loan guarantees and other financial tools to help indigenous communities participate in major natural resource, agriculture, telecommunication, and transportation projects.
Supported and expanded the Aboriginal Business Investment Fund (ABIF), which, since 2019, has helped launch or expand 36 small to medium sized Indigenous businesses.
Signed a protocol agreement with the Metis Settlements General Council committing to continued partnership and support in this historic relationship.
Signed Memorandums of Understanding with Kainai and Enoch First Nations to build state of the art recovery communities on their respective nations.
