Started the Rural Alberta Provincial Integrated Defence (RAPID) Response Team. Members of the Sheriff Highway Patrol and Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Services (FWES) have been given additional authorities to help fight rural crime.
Eliminated the $40 per day user fee. This change, for example, has saved patients participating in 60-day publicly funded residential addiction treatment roughly $2,400 that they would have paid out of pocket.

Made more newcomer entrepreneurs eligible for the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) by reducing the minimum investment for the Rural Entrepreneurship Stream of the AAIP.

Created multiple funding streams and services to help Ukrainian evacuees settle in Alberta. We created a hot line in which evacuees can call and receive vital information in English, Ukrainian and Russian regarding the numerous amount of services available to them.
Struck a made-in-Alberta child-care deal with the federal government that gives the province the flexibility to meet the unique needs of Alberta families, helps drive economic recovery and supports working parents by lowering child-care fees.
Brought in Clare’s Law, an Act that gives people who feel at risk of domestic violence a way to get information about their partners so they can make informed choices about their safety. Alberta’s version of Clare’s Law is named after a young woman killed by an ex-boyfriend with a history of violence against women.
Stood up for farmers and repealed the NDP’s disastrous Bill 6. The Farm Freedom and Safety Act was introduced to bring forward changes to support the unique nature of the farm and ranch business.
